How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an update when your order has been prepared for shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays or customs processing.
Can I track my order?
Tracking information is provided when it is available. Please allow a little time for the carrier to activate the tracking link after your order has shipped.
Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
Customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.
When will I receive my refund?
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take up to 10 business days to process it.
Do EU customers have a right to cancel?
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with applicable consumer rules. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
